Blaine Township (Township) and interested township residents, as intervenors, appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County (common pleas), which directed the Township to permit Allegheny Energy Supply Company (Allegheny Energy) to construct an electric generating facility as Allegheny Energy proposed in its curative amendment application. *fn1 We affirm.
