Beschreibung des Verlags

Two actions in the Hennepin County District Court, both brought by D. James Kuehl and Marilyn Kuehl, his wife, for personal injuries and consequential damages, one against National Tea Company and National Food Stores, Inc., arising out of an accident in defendants store, and the other against Vernon R. Larson arising out of an automobile collision. The cases were tried together before Jonathan Lebedoff, Judge, and a jury. In the first action all parties were found to be free of negligence and plaintiffs damages were found to be $1,500. In the second action, both parties were found to have been causally negligent, each contributing 50 percent, and plaintiffs damages were found to be zero. Plaintiffs appealed in each action from an order denying their motion for a new trial and from the judgment entered.
