Alswager v. Roundys Inc‪.‬

1. Roger W. Alswager appeals from an order awarding Roundys Inc. taxable costs in the amount of $5625.35 and a protective order prohibiting him from communicating with any person regarding the substance of his lawsuit against Roundys, the circumstances surrounding his employment and/or termination from Roundys and his opinions relative to the management of Roundys. He argues that the trial court erred in awarding costs to Roundys for "exploded trial exhibits" and the "transcription of discovery materials on disk." He further maintains that the trial court erred in issuing, and later failing to vacate, the protective order.
