An Unexpected Love

Emilia Foster is cursed and she knows it. She's the poster child for bad luck: losing her first husband to a car accident, and her second to a very aggressive brain tumor. Along with burying two husbands, she lost herself.  Widowed and depressed, she needs a change from her native Philly. She visits her beloved aunt, Amelia Callahan, in Turners Point, Virginia.  Emilia discovers a love she wasn't looking for, didn't want, and doesn't think she needs. Should she give into the fear of failure yet again or trust her instincts and gave an unexpectant love a chance? 

Former CIA agent Ronan Baxter is fighting demons of his own. He's used to operating alone, being alone, and depending on no one. But when a field assignment goes horribly wrong, he can't let go of the result. A friend suggests he recuperates in Turners Point because he needs a fresh start so he can start to heal. The last thing he expects is to fall in love. He really didn't expect to fall in love with someone experiencing the same kind of hurt.
