Angus and the Cat

Angus is a curious Scottish Terrier who rules his house with a bouncy, predictable routine—until a strange, silent creature moves in.

In Marjorie Flack’s beloved classic ''Angus and the Cat,'' Angus faces his biggest challenge yet: a clever, agile cat who steals his favorite spots, leaps out of reach, and completely disrupts his peaceful world. For three days, Angus chases, barks, and tries his best to get rid of this frustrating new intruder. But when the cat suddenly disappears, Angus is left with an unexpected feeling. Could it be that he actually misses his new companion?

Perfect for young readers, this charming and humorous tale beautifully captures the chaotic, heartwarming journey of making an unexpected new friend.

Originally published in 1931, and now entering the public domain in this ebook re-publication, it is considered a foundational classic in 20th-century children's literature.
