Having destroyed Volkov's facility, the team must now find a way to avoid him and his henchmen while distributing the Lassa Virus vaccine to the most vulnerable people worldwide.  They find new allies in four spirit guides and the Navajo Nation, as well as a new American ally, a famous radio personality named Miles August.
