Beast

A modern-day retelling of the Beauty and the Beast classic, Beast tells the story of Annabelle Granger, an ordinary teenager with an extraordinary and terrible gift – while she's sleeping she experiences the final minutes of other people's deaths. Frustrated by her inability to save the helpless victims, Annie begins her own investigation to find the killer of a fellow classmate. In the course of her journey, she stumbles across a stranger with a dark and painful secret of his own.

A virtual recluse, damaged both emotionally and physically, Alex Hamilton finds himself reluctantly drawn towards Annie and into her investigation. But as his feelings for Annie grow, Alex has to face the demons of his past and learn to accept the person he has since become. Getting closer to the killer, both their lives are put in danger when their foe turns out to be more gruesome and deadly than either of them expected.
