He is a registered architect in Israel and in the UK, and a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and the American Institute of Certified Planners. JULIE SEELIG is a planning consultant and writer in private practice. She served on the staffs of the Greater Vancouver Regional District and the city of Vancouver and as a member of the Vancouver City Planning Commission and the Planning Institute of British Columbia Council. She is a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and the American Institute of Certified Planners.
