Boost Your Digital Know-How

The development of digital technology since its inception a little over fifty years ago has, to put it mildly , been extraordinary. It is now an integral  part of so much of our lives. Where would we be without our computers, televisions, and telephones! The majority of us have limited understanding of how digital systems interact to make a computer work, just as we have only a limited knowledge of the vast complexity of the human brain; and how it governs everything we do. We are quite happy when we are able to manipulate computer devices and processes to achieve what we want. Some people, however, may enjoy probing a little deeper into  this significant aspect of our cultures and learn a few more of the fundamental terms and processes from the astronomical complexity of digital technology.
