Boston Phantom Serial Killer

Twin sisters, PI Kari & Jade Madison are asked to find missing teenage girls in the Boston area. Through their private detective firm, Madison Investigations Agency they work with their associates Karen and Tony and with two new police officers assigned to the case. When the captor gets bored with his sexual games, he starts to torture and kill his victims. The FBI gets involved and the search for the Boston Phantom Serial Killer begins. It turns out that similar crimes are happening on the West Coast as well. The search is on to find the missing location of the kidnapped girls and the connection and communication chain between the two evil killers.
