The problem was that, like her owner, Jan, she was plagued by neuroses. Jan’s way of coping with Molly’s fears was to keep her away from people. However, when she joined a group of Flyball players she and her partner, Sadie, thought this might solve Molly’s problems. It didn’t. Step in Dot who will be known to those who have read about Ping. Dot - gruff, loud and untidy - preferred dogs to people and to her mind Molly needed more confidence. In this thoughtful and funny companion to Otto Vernon’s other dog tails, we are in Brighton.
