“Amen, brother,” Buchanan agreed.
And although Malvaise didn’t know it, he was just about to get the chance to see what he was talking about. Buchanan wasn’t aiming to buck nobody, but when the iron started to point in his direction, it was usually his lead that zeroed home the fastest. Which could make life for Malvaise a little too hot and a little too short.
