The appellant, C.A. May Marine Supply Company (May Marine), challenges the sufficiency of the damages awarded in its action against the appellee, Brunswick Corporation (Mercury), for the wrongful termination of its franchise as a Mercury motors dealer. May Marine also raises several errors allegedly occurring in the trial on damages as well as the trial courts disallowance of attorneys fees.
