C. E. Fouser and Iris M. Fouser v. Leon D‪.‬

The principal issue in this appeal is whether the district court should have allowed a criminal defendant to withdraw his pleas of guilty to several related charges. Finding no legal error or abuse of discretion, we affirm the judgment entered upon the defendants pleas. We also uphold the prison sentences contained in the judgment.
