C.I. Landeen v. Eli Dejung and Another

Action in the district court for Traverse county to recover for damage arising out of a collision between plaintiffs and defendants trucks, wherein defendants counterclaimed for damage to their vehicles. The case was tried before E. R. Selnes, Judge, and a jury, and verdicts of $1,800 and $3,000 returned for defendants DeJung and Jacobson, respectively, on their counterclaims. From an order denying his alternative motion for judgment or a new trial, plaintiff appealed.
