[In the case at bar, the bill of exception recites that a motion for mistrial was made and was by the trial court overruled.
When the trial court approved this bill of exception, he certified that just that and nothing more had occurred. He did not
certify that the allegations in the motion were correct or that the events set forth therein had in fact occurred.
