Inspiration
Es ist wirklich schwer vorstellbar, wozu der menschliche Körper in der Lage ist. Wirklich beeindruckend und allein deshalb schon für Fans der Extreme zu empfehlen.
Auch wenn ich persönlich das Buch nicht als Anleitung für das eigene Leben empfehlen würde, kann man doch einiges an Inspiration mitnehmen. Und darum geht es am Ende für mich. Aus dem Leben anderer lernen, um das eigene Leben in die gewünschte Richtung zu bringen. Den Zweck hat das Buch in jedem Fall erfüllt, weshalb ich es wieder lesen würde.
