Appeals from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana Entergy Corporation, et al. (hereinafter ""Entergy"") appeals from a jury verdict for the plaintiff in this age discrimination case. Joseph Caparotta, Jr., cross-appeals, complaining that he was not awarded enough in back pay damages and challenging the jury's finding that Entergy's discrimination was not willful. We vacate and remand for a new trial. BACKGROUND
