Carlton Lynn Patterson v. State Texas

Appellant, Carlton Lynn Patterson, appeals his judgment of conviction for the offense of aggravated robbery. TEX. PENAL CODE § 29.03 (Vernon 1989). A jury rejected appellants "not guilty" plea and found him guilty. The trial court assessed his punishment at twenty-five years (25) confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. We affirm.
