Carroll v. Holt

This court declined to answer reported questions with respect to the admissibility in a juvenile proceeding of identification testimony which was developed as the result of hypnosis and remanded the case where the Judge had made no findings of fact concerning the reliability of the identification testimony and the suggestiveness of the procedures that were followed.
