Charasida is eager to begin a new life after finishing her Mystland education, but she is not a typical medoriate. Some say she has no magic, and others seem reluctant to speak on the matter. Without either of her parents to guide her, she is determined to find her own way—even if it means exploring questionable opportunities.

As she discovers more about her unique abilities, she is forced into a mission to bring fallen gods to justice. Joined by familiar faces, the longer Chara travels with her companions, the more she realizes they may not be who she thought they were. Amidst her growing uncertainties, she questions her own role in a greater goal to save Secramore from the grip of Shadow.

Torn apart by Holes that lead into a chaotic realm, Secramore suffers invasion from banished creatures of Durós. The Shadow in Chara's blood hints at a greater power within her, but without the confidence to employ it, she must decide if she can restore the balance of her world and stop a second Cataclysm—even if it means the destruction of those she hopes to save.
