Negligence -- question for jury whether plaintiff was invitee. 1. Whether the plaintiff, whose automobile stopped at two o'clock in the morning on a street in Minneapolis, was an implied invitee in going to the near-by garage of the defendant for gas or for service was for the jury; and the fact that the defendant did not sell gas nor furnish towing service did not under the circumstances of the case as a matter of law prevent the plaintiff from being an invitee.
