Catherine Rayburn v. Robert L. Rayburn

In this divorce action, defendant Robert L. Rayburn appeals the valuation and distribution of a retirement plan and an award of a $45,000 property settlement to offset his medical degree. We affirm the trial courts basic Disposition, but require amendment of the decree insofar as the $45,000 award is concerned.
