Chasing Devils

It's 1947 and Chicago is silently plagued by a ruthless killer mutilating his victims and turning them into works of 'art.' Detective Chase Schiarelli is facing the end of his rope as more bodies are found and no evidence brings either him or his partner any closer to catching this sadistic killer. One evening, Chase gets a call from the killer who makes the detective an offer.
