As this year's Tokyo preliminaries for the All Japan Senior High School Karuta Championship begins, Chihaya and the others welcome the newest members of the Mizusawa Karuta Club and strive once more to become the best in Japan. A karuta dynasty looking to retake their lost glory, a dark horse team fired up for their first time entering the tournament...
