Cinderella

The original 1884 version of this classic fairy-tale written by the Grimm Brothers. At only 6 pages long, it makes you wonder how Disney managed to stretch this out to a full-length movie. Also, you (like me) are most probably more familiar with the Charles Perault version of Cinderella, with the fairy Godmother and all that. If so, be prepared for a change. There is no fairy Godmother in this one; instead, the thing that grants Cindy's wishes in this version, is a tree.
