IVEY is currently living with JON. She and Jon have cohabitated for the past six months. As a couple, they have hit major turbulence in their relationship. Ivey’s first reaction is to pull away. She gives herself a two-week reprieve to plan, move, and to say good-bye to Jon. However this is not easy to execute because she had underestimated Jon.

Jon immediately perceives subtle changes in their relationship and prepares for the fight of his life. He discovers something that rocks his foundation. The implications are enough to blow their relationship to smithereens. It causes Jon’s urban sophistication and polished veneer to disappear forever. He declares war, and makes a covenant with her.
