Commonwealth v. Hall

This is a direct appeal from the final order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County denying Appellants petition filed pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 9541-9546. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the order of the PCRA court.
