Commute

Travelling by night creates a certain magic which has been captured and illustrated by the poems within Commute. This collection aims to paint a picture of movement through words, spanning different times of day, stages of life and types of public transport.

Within the three sections of this collection - By Bus, By Train and By Foot - each poem is inspired by a different travel route and the experiences which have happened along the way.

Commute is Oskar Leonard's fourth poetry collection and follows the spirit of his other works in that it highlights the often curious and magic nature of the everyday.
