Corren's Arc

First instalment in the Solar Monarchy series by Jon E Hartley this short story, written in the style of a media article, details the political games played by the English monarchy in the face of economic devastation, caused by the eruption of Mt Saint Helens in the late 21st century. The developed world is ravaged, international markets collapsed and a new form of democracy evolves in England as it attempts to remain relevant in an uncertain future.
