Frank Massi’s wife Jennie is investigating activities at Palatine Park race track. Healthy horses are being destroyed and Jennie, along with her assistant Cyndy Marconi were closing in on the culprits until Frank came up missing. Jennie turned to their friend FBI agent Joe Colletti to rescue her man but Frank wasn't lying around waiting for Joe. Jennie chased Frank, Joe chased Cyndy, and they all ended up in the Florida keys where the bad guys were hiding.
