There are celebrations when vampire Theo finally opens his bed and breakfast. His joy is short-lived however when the guests keep complaining about being disturbed by ghosts.

Resident spirit Mary, Theo's mum, denies being the source. When the truth is revealed there's a shock for both mother and son.
