Death in a Small Town

Foley wants to play professional golf but that takes money. He not interested when asked to look into the death of a high school girl found hanging from a rafter of a boathouse until a big reward is mentioned. But was the girl's death murder or suicide? Add illegal drugs, photos of nude high school girls and getting shot with an arrow and Foley wishes he was back on the golf course.
