Delicacies of Pyongyang

This book is the result of a lot of research into North Korean delicacies conducted by a 14 year old boy who loves to cook Asian food.  With the lack of North Korean recipes for Western chefs, John (nickname Jack) ordered material from China about North Korea and spoke with people in North Korea that manage restaurants and hotels.  This is the first version and we expect this book to grow over time.
