In this timely book, professor Cal Newport shows us how to pair back digital distractions and live a more meaningful life with less technology. By following a 'digital declutter' process, you'll learn to:
· Rethink your relationship with social media
· Prioritize 'high bandwidth' conversations over low quality text chains
· Rediscover the pleasures of the offline world
Take back control from your devices and find calm amongst the chaos with Digital Minimalism.

Kundenrezensionen
Good for relection, but also common knowledge
Personally, i liked about the book that it motivates you to relfect upon your own phone and social media use. Cal Newport is not against technology, rather he criticized the big tech firms. This is mostly common knowledge although the author provided some new perspectives and practical tips (that you could come up with yourself).
I didn’t really appreciate the structure of the book as i feel the author gave away his thoughts in the first part and therefore the other parts seemed like repetitions to me.
