Bill is fresh out of collage on the first day of his new job. He wants to make a good impression on his new bosses and express his true genius. Unfortunately, his first day does not go as planned, starting with a grumpy security guard, an enigmatic boss, and a position that seems to be below entry level. As boredom sets in, Bill faces a decision that could either rocket him to the top or cut a promising career short.
