When your coffee order is "two shots and hold the murder"...

So here's my life right now: I've accidentally inherited a sketchy bar from a dead crime boss, my half-brother Marko just got two bullets to the face (which I didn't put there, despite totally planning to), and apparently, I'm the prime suspect. Cool. Cool cool cool.

Look, all I wanted was to maybe dabble in some light criminal empire management—is that too much to ask? But now I'm dodging accusations from a librarian with a vendetta, trying to find my missing aunt (who might have beaten me to the whole murder thing), and figuring out why my cat keeps boarding the town bus.

Between a posse of Ukrainian grannies who are way better at killing people than I am, a Nordic hit man-turned-lawyer who critiques my shooting stance AND my Call of Duty skills, and a detective almost-boyfriend who's torn between arresting me and kissing me, I've got my hands full. Oh, and someone's cooking up Krokodil in my apartment and framing me for it. Just another Tuesday.

Now I'm racing to find the real killer before I end up dead or in jail. On the plus side, my ghost dad is here to offer terrible advice and swoon over professional assassins' guns, so I've got that going for me.
