Dragon Summer

After 900 years in hibernation, the dragons began to re-awaken to take their rightful and accustomed place back at the top of the food chain.

They'd been asleep for 900 years, but the rest of the world hadn't been. It was going to be one really rude awakening.

In this corner, the dragons, teeth, claws, vile tempers, always hungry.

In the other corner, including but not limited to: The internet, the People's Liberation Army, bullet trains, 345,000 volt high tension lines, Monday Night Football, Bruce Willis (Bruce Willis?), the NRA, a distant relative of Erwin Rommel, Nightly News, the entire military-industrial complex of the United States of America, MasterCard, Visa and American Express, greed, stupidity, gunpowder, PETA, hippies, flower children, fraternity initiations, rich, idle Eurotrash wastrels, and more. Yep, it sure is a crowded corner, and this is going to be interesting.
