Eddie Lawson pulls onto the hard shoulder following a nasty incident with a black BMW, but as he steps out to assess the damage, he suspects the driver must have fallen asleep at the wheel of her car. With oncoming traffic passing by, Eddie is tragically flung into the air and crushed under the wheels of a huge lorry.

The female driver of the other car gazes in absolute horror and witnesses the whole event, just before her own car explodes in a huge ball of flame.

What if Eddie happened to return and decide to take his revenge on bad drivers, such as the person who caused his death? Where does the balance between good and evil even begin to fit into something such as crazy as this?
