Dying Memory

With a terrifying new disease slowly making its way across the country, a daughter and her mother are forced to travel through the city to reach the promise of sanctuary and escape from the spread of the sickness. Between them lies a city of ruin, fraught with danger and carnage left in the wake of rampaging citizens, and Bryony and her mother must overcome adversary and injury as they try to escape the dangers that threaten to consume their way of life. Dying Memory is an original short story based on the epic Pestilence Reigns novel and provides a small taste of what to expect before entering the author’s take of the dark apocalyptic undertones of a country that is consumed by the undead.
