Over the years, I have graduated to the kitchen and learnt to enjoy cooking meals that appeal to me and fortunately, to those that are around to share them with me.
Simplicity is the name of the game. Good wholesome food, nothing fancy, cooked as you like it. However, don’t be afraid to experiment with ingredients to enhance flavour and taste. You won’t win every time but persevere and remember your successes.
