Emma, young and rich aristocrat, entertains herself with arranging marriages yet refuses to be ever wedded herself. It soon turns out, however, that matchmaking can be a very tricky business and Emma's most applaudable efforts lead to a terrible confusion which is going to shake up a peaceful life of traditional local community.
