When her eight-year-old daughter is unexpectedly banned from an upcoming school filed trip, Fang Lin decides to take the issue up with the child's teacher, Nisha Patel. During the discussion tempers flare, and, with each woman convinced that she is in the right and neither one willing to back down, the situation escalates quickly, the fire fueled by a good deal of personal dislike and inherent ethnic tension. Ultimately, a challenge is issued – and readily accepted. With both personal and national pride on the line, all bets are off as the Chinese beauty takes on the Indian temptress in a no-holds-barred fight to the finish to determine who the better woman really is.
