A CLAIM against an estate for the unpaid portion of decedents proportionate part of an obligation having genesis in a promissory note. The claim was disallowed in the county court, on the ground that it was barred by the statute of limitations, and dismissed in the district court, where it was taken by appeal, on the ground that it did not have sufficient evidentiary support.
