Fahay v. State

1 The defendant, Harold James Fahay, was charged by an information filed in the County Court of Beckham County with the unlawful possession of whiskey, was tried, found guilty by verdict of a jury who left the punishment to be assessed by the court; thereafter the defendant was sentenced to serve 45 days in the county jail and to pay a fine of $150 and has appealed.
