The opinion of the court was delivered by This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from an order of the
district court imposing sanctions, pursuant to K.S.A. 1991 Supp.
60-211, against their attorney. Said sanctions consist of payment
of attorney fees and costs incurred by the defendant in defending
the action in the aggregate amount of $1,658.38. For their first issue, plaintiffs-appellants challenge the
sufficiency of the evidence supporting the district court's
determination that their attorney had violated K.S.A. 1991 Supp.
