Fann v. Davis

This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court denying Fanns application for a writ of habeas corpus. Fann was convicted in a Tennessee state court in Blount County of second-degree murder of this stepson. The Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed his conviction, and the Tennessee Supreme Court denied his Permission to Appeal. No post-conviction relief was sought in the state courts.
