Fast Release Bail Bonds, Inc. v. State

Cincinnati Equitable Insurance Company and Amedex International Corporation appeal a final judgment awarding attorneys fees in favor of appellee Edith Hawit. In the appeal, Cincinnati Equitable and Amedex include a challenge to the courts denial of their Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Prosecute. We affirm the trial courts denial of Cincinnati Equitables and Amedexs Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Prosecute, but reverse the courts assessment of interest on attorneys fees and its determination of entitlement to attorneys fees for time spent litigating the amount of attorneys fees.
