Father's Flight... Jim Anthony and Apollo 7

Father's Flight is the story of Jim Anthony's contributions to the Space Program, and to Apollo 7 in particular.



Jim Anthony and his team were in the blockhouse at Launch Complex 34, and were responsible for the liquid oxygen fueling of the first stage of the Saturn 1B, for both Apollo 1 and later, Apollo 7.



The events of 1968 are told in a picture format, and are then followed 40 years later by the author's trip back to the Cape in 2008, where he sought to reconnect with this important flight that was the first step to our landing Americans on the Moon.



With insightful commentary throughout by the author, who is the son of Jim Anthony.
