Fatigue

Fatigue may be associated with many chronic diseases. Diseases possibly causing fatigue should be identified through the patient's history, physical examination and any follow-up investigations indicated. It is less likely that a specific disease is found to be the cause when fatigue is the main complaint, and it is accompanied by only a few or no subsidiary symptoms.
